When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The place has a bedroom, a combined kitchen-living room and a veranda that offers a romantic sunset view. (Veranda is warm only May–>Sept). Wooden floors. Central heating. Built in 2017, this private 60 m2 winter-proof wooden house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with an open kitchen. There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. We are in a friendly and quiet suburb Livi, exactly 4.5km from the city Cesis and 3.5km from the longest ski slopes in Latvia (Ozolkalns & Zagarkalns).

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Cube House is located in the beach area with a quiet and safe neighborhood. The house was built in 2019 and is equipped with everything that you need for your vacation. It offers a unique stay for couples and families who value privacy and want to have microhouse experience. House has almost like a little spa inside with a generous hot tub. Also private patio makes available to enjoy your morning coffee outside. There is also private parking inside the yard.
