This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

In a well-kept old building on the 2nd floor is the 25 m² room with private bathroom, unfortunately there is no kitchen, a kettle and a small range of coffee and tea are available. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are just around the corner.

Our villa was built in 1882 by the architect Max Nagel in the country house style. Several artists have lived and worked successfully here in an atmosphere of peace and creativity.
