Meine Unterkunft liegt zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig in der Altstadt von Passau. Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Linda always thought ahead and fulfilled our wishes before they arose. The communication was not only very friendly and personal but above all proactive. When you enter the apartment, you never have the impression of living in the basement. Super generous and lovingly designed. Everything you need for a few days in the Passau outback is available. The apartment is absolutely quiet and super clean. In addition to the good price-performance ratio, Linda also offers personal communication. I'd love to come back.

Christine was an amazing host. We did not meet her in person, but Christine was very friendly and accommodating. The property is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is practically in front of the door and in a good 15 minutes you can get to the city centre. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and you feel right at home. The large balcony is nice and cozy. Thank you for everything :)

The apartment was ideal for our short break with Pullman City weekend. Very nicely located, a quiet environment and good connection to surrounding excursion destinations. It is a very cozy and bright apartment, with everything you need and we immediately felt very comfortable. Josef was very friendly and helpful, also with tips and ideas for excursions in the area. An all-round beautiful stay, we will be happy to come back!

Christian was a very friendly guy with a great dog - a puppy of golden retriever, which delighted all of us! We really appreaciated that when we came to the flat, there was a fire in the fireplace and it was very cozy and thoghtfull! thank you, Christian, we had a great time.
