On the top floor is the suite that has two double bedrooms. This suite has a front access and drive sliding door from the inside. The suite has two bedrooms, one of which has a built-in bathroom. The entire property has sweeping views of the Urdaibai estuary. Both rooms have veluxes that provide overhead light and windows overlooking the perimeter forest and the estuary. The spectacular window of the living room has an extensible awning that protects the days from a lot of sun.
