Holiday rentals with beach access in Royal National Park

The appartment was very cozy and quiet even with a few works going on, location was great! So close to Bondi. The bed was a bit too hard for myself, I just suggest offering a mattress topper to people who have joint issues etc. But overall it’s value for money. Thank you for the stay!

We had a magical stay at Madeline’s beachfront property- she was so accommodating with check in and check out and made it so easy for us! Madeline’s property offered so many extra , thoughtful inclusions and kitchen / fridge pantry items to make your arrival welcoming- loved the “ sweet treat” too!! The electric blankets were wonderful as it was winter- very cosy indeed! The view is stunning and so relaxing sitting in the swinging chair on the balcony …. We highly recommend Madeline’s exceptional property for your stay on the beach!

Gary provided a lovely little place that I found very convenient for visiting the Sea Cliff Bridge and the cliffside pubs in Scarborough and Clifton. It's got a great outlook of the sea horizon, and was free of suburban noise so that I could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean in a soft, warm bed. I only breakfasted at the accommodation, but the kitchen was well appointed, as were the other facilities. The internet was spot on. Gary was exceedingly helpful and communicative, and I can certainly recommend this listing for solo travellers such as myself looking to spend some time in relative luxury away from Wollongong. The bus north is right across the road, and the stops heading south are within easy enough walk, too.

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Yolande's accommodation was quiet, private, clean and I felt very relaxed with her beautiful decorations, artworks and furnishings. The bed linen was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Yolande supplied delicious fresh sourdough, butter, milk and some other pantry supplies as well. Yolande's is very central to everything. I found it quite easy to park in the street whilst I was there. I will definitely be staying there again!

Highly recommend this hidden gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-min walk to the Lake & Warilla beach. The place was is so neat & easy to maintain. Anthony was extremely generous & filled the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese + a massive tray full of snacks, more bread, ice-cream in the freezer, fancy coffee pods + instant coffee which we prefer, kitchen paper, tissue boxes, ample toilet paper. Lots of cooking dishes, utensils, crockery & cutlery, everything in excellent condition. Beautiful TVs in the living room & bedroom. Excellent aircon in the dining room/kitchen, beautiful ceiling fan in the bedroom + an excellent pedestal sunbeam quiet fan in the living room. So many beach towels & bath towels, massive bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, good cleaning products in the kitchen. Anthony was extremely responsive when my husband sustained some deep skin abrasions & gave us antiseptic solution + application buds. Loved & enjoyed staying here. ❤️

Fiona was a wonderful host, ensured we had privacy but readily available for any questions. Bert is also a cute. We were looking to relax and unwind and that's exactly what we got with beautiful views of the beaching and mountain side. highlight for our winter stay was definitely the hot tub and sitting with a coffee on the alfresco area with sea views. loved the round window in the bedroom too..gave a cruise vibe. I would love to return in summertime too.

My husband and I had a lovely 6 night stay at Anita's place. It was a great place to unwind and good base for getting out and about enjoying the beaches and numerous coastal walks from Stawell Tops down to Kiama. The location is close to the beach so easy for a quick morning or afternoon swim down at the pool. The studio was very beautifully decorated and well equiped with everything you could need for a week away. Having the outdoor seating area was a great place to enjoy a cuppa and read books in the sun. We would highly recommend Anita's place.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Salt Air is a wonderful peaceful and spacious self contained place situated way back behind the main residence in its own space. I could hear the sound of the sea with my windows open (of which there are many!) and see the water from the front patio doors. It’s possible to have total privacy if you wish. A lovely bottle of wine, coffee pods and chocolates awaited me. It’s a 30 second walk to the beach. Lovely cafes and the National Park to walk in. All in all a great place to stay! Thank you Donna.

Good location, on a main road but you can barely hear traffic so it’s perfect. A perfect spot if you don’t want to stay in the city but still walkable to cafes etc. Nina went above and beyond knowing I was going to celebrate my birthday also. Would highly recommend.

Glen’s place was in a great location, and he was kind enough to let me check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. It’s very easy to get to from the airport, and there are lots of cute cafes and dining spots in the area. I hadn’t explored this side of Sydney before and truly enjoyed discovering it. The space is small but ideal for a solo traveller or a couple who plans to spend most of their time out and doesn’t need to cook much beyond tea or a sandwich. While it’s an interior studio and faces a wall -it is surrounded by beautiful plants, including a lovely monstera, so it feels quite private and green. The washing machine is a fantastic perk, and although there are occasional announcements from the nearby centre, I didn’t find them disruptive. The only things I would tweak are the gap between the bed and the wall, which makes it a bit less comfortable when sitting up, and the lighting—I would have liked a stronger light source. Perfect for a short stay.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

The Coastal Rainforest Retreat was the perfect stay, and just what we were looking for. A quick drive to restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!!

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
