This is our second time staying at this beautiful home in Eden and it sure won’t be the last. From the incredibly kind and helpful host to the beautifully breathtaking property you cant help but feel right at home. This place is surrounded by mountains, flowers, and great people. The hot tub is an amazing feature to take advantage of (especially at night) while looking up at the stars and taking in all of the views. Everything you could possibly need (and more) is already readily available inside the home. Book your next stay at this wonderful home and you surely won’t be disappointed!

We stayed for a night on our way through town. Very comfortable for us and our pets. Super quick drive into downtown SLC. Britney was very communicative and proactive!

It’s was beautiful and quiet! Deborah was very accommodating and my kids loved the play structure! She includes a book of local things to do and places to eat!

This is a hidden gem we found out about through word of mouth. Beautiful, spacious home with vaulted ceilings and a large, perfectly-well appointed kitchen. Super comfortable living room and large bathroom off of the main bedroom. We really enjoyed having use of the has fireplace. Perfect spot for a family gathering and incredibly reasonably priced. The host was amazing and went above and beyond. Never intrusive but always extremely responsive and there were little touches like a closet stocked with games to enhance your stay. One of the best experiences we've had with a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even accommodated our kids perfectly, which made the trip so much easier. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the space was comfortable and well-stocked. One of our favorite places we've stayed with Air BnB. Really can't say enough good stuff about the experience. Jennifer was wonderful. She took some time to chat with us and suggested we ride on Antelope Island, which ended up being such a treasure. The house and especially the kitchen was thoughtfully set up for actual use so were able to cook, make coffee and tea etc. The yard was lovely with flowers and a veggie garden in the back. The location ended up being a block from my son's place, which was great, but I love The Avenues in SLC anyway-- quiet, good location, close to trails for hiking and mountain biking, good walking up and down those hills.

Great spot, very comfy bed. Felt very safe. If I make a trip back, I would definitely stay again!

Great space. Very homey and interestingly decorated. Street parking was easy and plentiful. Was wonderful to have access to a washer/dryer. Very close to downtown.

Roberta's place was exactly as described. the apartment was beautiful and in immaculate condition. we had everything we needed. She was there to greet us when we arrived. she was very friendly and even gave recommendations as I love to hike. we thank her for an excellent stay and we will definetly go back if in the area

Tracy's place was just as described in the listing. I stayed here for almost 2 months. It was a perfect home away from home while I was in the area for work. The place was clean, well-stocked, and quiet. It was only on rare occasions that I even heard Tracy and Rock walking around upstairs. Keep in mind this is the basement level of their home...you will hear footsteps on occasion. But I was never disturbed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tracy and Rock!

Beautiful place. Nice mix of old and new. Bed was soft and comfortable, taking baths most nights was great. Katherine gave us cut roses and lavender out of the garden while we were there. She's a pro at being a good host. Everything spotless inside with quality furnishings and outside well-maintained gardens and well-behaved dogs. Very good communication.

Nice apartment is clean and simple. Pull out couch was comfortable and the extra bedding was nice. Had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, iron, etc). Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown. Note: This didn't impact us, but the welcome instructions said "if you would like to have a few extra guests over, in the past we have allowed this under certain circumstances and with an added event fee of $250"... just felt a bit disconcerting and feel something like that should be on the listing itself since it could impact people that do plan to have guests over.

I only stayed 12 hours before the other guest went into heart failure. Went a day early to gather our things. I would most definitely recommend heidi place. Even know i was not able to enjoy the stay (medical emergency) the host was great.the pictures and descriptions of the apartment are spot on.
