This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area and a living room with a smart tv and cable. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a smart tv. The second bedroom has a full and two twins.

Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.
