We live in a quiet location situated on the outskirts of Barnstaple, tucked away in a quiet residential area. Nearest amenities are approx 15 min walk. “The Tarka suite”is made up of 3 seperate rooms plus a covered garden room with electric points. There is a king sized bed, 2 seater sofa, a small dining area and small well equipped kitchen area which includes a std fridge, a ninja twin drawer acti fry and single hob. Crockery, pans and cutlery are provided. Use of hot tub at extra cost.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a table and chairs for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Joining the air bnb community since sadly losing my dad to a battle with cancer, we have tried to create some positivity by creating something that supports the family finically and mentally. Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. A well cared for town house walkable to Barnstaple town centre. Fantastic location for bars, shopping, theatre and Barnstaple attractions. Bus station a 5 minute walk & train station 15 minute. An 8 minute drive to the hospital also. It is suitable for two people maximum, the Super Kingsize bed is huge! The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.
