Lovely Country House with Pool

Located on the edge of a small village with a restaurant in the countryside of Lot-et-Garonne, beautiful stone house on one level, 7 km from the historic town of Duras with its medieval castle. Quiet and private setting with large garden and pool. Authentic atmosphere, all comforts, with very spacious and bright living room open to fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with shower room and toilet, laundry room, 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered. Walks along the river.

The Dropt dryer

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

Individual charming cottage on the farm - La Sauvetat

INDIVIDUAL cottage of 120 m² between Marmande and Bergerac, come and spend a quiet holiday in this large farmhouse "Gîte Vicasse in La Sauvetat du Dropt". The accommodation includes 3 spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large friendly living room. There is everything you need to cook or enjoy a moment of rest and you can visit the farm as well as the surrounding paths. You can park one or more cars right out front.

Small townhouse 5 minutes' walk from the center of Miramont-de-Guyenne. 15 min from Eymet (24) and 30 km from Bergerac (24). With a small outdoor area to enjoy a summer meal or a drink. One bedroom with a double bed upstairs, fold-out sofa with 2 real seats (2 x 80) in the living room. Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filter), toaster. Reversible air conditioning, washing machine, dryer.

Guests can enjoy stunning views of the valley and sunset from the top of the hill, sip a drink by the pool, organize a picnic in the middle of nature or watch the animals of the surroundings.

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.

La Laurière Cottage with pool

The Laurière gîte at the gates of Périgord near the bastions of Guyenne, an ideal place for a quiet and pleasant vacation. Our region is very touristy thanks to its monuments and historical past, its green countryside is crisscrossed by many small roads for cycling, many trails for hikers, horseback riding, golf, and canoeing. You will also find all the farm products to delight your taste buds, directly from the producer
