The center of Ellwangen is about 2.5 kilometers away and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes. A supermarket with a bakery is about 1200 meters from the property. The Landesgartenschau 2026 is about 800 meters away on foot. In the bedroom there is a premium box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm.

Unser Häuschen steht am Ortsrand / Waldrand / Sackgasse. Zur Landesgartenschau Ellwangen 15 km. Die Gemeinde Abtsgmünd ist seit 2010 ein staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort, die klimatischen und lufthygienischen Anforderungen erfüllt. Viele Wander.-Fahrradtouren in Umgebung. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kocher- Jagstradweg und ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für Radfahrer. Die rund 100qm große Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und neu renoviert. Genießen Sie den Aufenthalt in dem großen und hellen Wohn- und Essbereich. Das großzügige Bad mit Fußbodenheizung sorgt für einen perfekten Start in den Tag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Auf 120qm Wohnfläche und einem großen, mediterran angelegten Garten mit Wiese, Bachlauf, Feuerstelle, Whirlpool und großer Terrasse können Sie sich mit Ihrer ganzen Familie entspannen. Haustiere sind willkommen. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie im Umkreis von ca. 800m. In ca. 500m erreichen Sie den Laubachstausee.
