Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

My newly built cottage is only an 8-minute walk from one of Denmark's most beautiful beaches. (Summer 2020). There is everything you could wish for with 3 beautiful wooden terraces, so you have the opportunity to follow the sun from early morning to late evening, as well as an outdoor bath, outdoor kitchen and even a shelter if you want to be closer to nature.

The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years of age.
