Gem in a picturesque village with a peaceful patio

This charming, recently completely renovated house is located in the very centre of the village and has a quiet, completely sheltered and green inner courtyard. This can also be accessed via a small gate at the rear, making it convenient for parking bicycles, prams, etc. Especially in hot weather, there is always a shady spot to be found in this patio. The interior is divided as follows: The kitchen, living room and dining room are located on the lower floor. The light-flooded upper floor has a bedroom with a small balcony and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A small desk, ample cupboards and sideboards complete the basic furnishings. Kitchen details The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances such as a washing machine, electric stove, microwave, large refrigerator and even a tumble dryer. Details about the living room and bedroom The living room has a large round dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable leather couch and a reading chair. From there, you can access both the street and the courtyard. The upper floor is reached via a wooden staircase at the end of the room. The bedroom on the upper floor is connected to the lower floor (living room and kitchen) by an open staircase.
