Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. The unit is above my work studio which I use when I get the time to tinker with a project. Very safe place. Less than 1 mile from the Metra train station. 20-25 minutes to O'Hare. Close to shopping. Neighboring towns Schaumburg, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Carol Stream, Bartlett, Elgin, Streamwood.
