Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our apartment so that we can arrange a time to meet you:). We will always do our best to be flexible with your check-in time. Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in your check-in time as we plan in advance our schedule..... hence, please be patient:) There may also be occasions where you may need to collect keys from concierge. Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.

Just a short 15-minute walk to Sydney's CBD and a 7-minute walk to Kings Cross Station. The famous Opera House is only 30mins scroll away. Some of Sydney's major attractions such as Darling harbour, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi beach, Sydney Fish Market, Rushcutters bay, Wooloomooloo Harbourside, Barangaroo Waterfront and Manly are easily accessible. Public transportations (includes trains, buses, light rail and ferries), Taxis, Uber, GoGet and car rentals are readily available in the immediate vicinity. I highly recommend grabbing an Opal card for all Sydney Public Transportations as it will save you time and money (pick up at any train station counter or kiosk with the opal flag, free of charge just requires minimum $10 top up). ** Please note, parking is NOT provided, and I do not recommend renting a car as Sydney central is limited and parking fees are absurdly high. However, if you require parking, there is paid street parking as well as paid parking near by, from AU$50 per day (both options subject to availability) which you will need to arrange yourself. There are limited free street - parking available after 10pm and before 8am. I highly recommend using public trains/buses/ferry to get around, however, Uber/ Taxify, taxis and GoGet are other options (for Uber use promo: uberTinan37 for first timers and save $5 or for Taxify: HX47Q and you can save $10 on your first ride). You will be required to download the app and register first. *** Please book under your own Airbnb account - will not accept reservations on behalf of others.*** * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment & building. Large renovated upstairs level of my own house. The entrance is shared and there is no door between the 2 levels so noise does travel between the upstairs and downstairs living rooms but the other areas are quiet and private. There is a large living area with kitchenette (with bar fridge, toaster and small portable grill). There is no cooktop, stove or microwave. There is a full bathroom, and large bedroom with a king bed. A patio overlooks the backyard and pool area (which is shared space).
