Luxury Sea View Escape with Beach

Njivice Coastal Oasis This one-bedroom apartment is located on middle floor and offers one bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a spacious kitchen with living room. It is comfortable for up to 3 persons, mainly parents with one child (there is a double bed + sofa bed). The balcony offers amazing views of the whole bay and the property owns a private beach with sunbeds hidden down the multiple stairs to the coastline. The stairs will be a small challenge but we promise it is worth it!

Big apartment waterfront Male Rose

My place is on the pure coast, also on peninsula are beaches Zanjice, Mirista, Mamula island, Blue cave, Almara. Public transport is by boat "Loro" to Herceg Novi town, we can organize transfers on requests to the airports Tivat (20km), Dubrovnik (65km). You’ll love my place because of the real escape from the noisy cities and busy life, the cleanest sea and beautuful liht of sunsets. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
