Room #3 can sleep 5 people max, however it is much more comfortable with 3 or less. Outside the door is the community patio area with ping pong table and patio furniture and a Flatscreen TV. The lower patio area has a fire pit that is popular at night and a gate and stairway leading to the beach 60 feet away.

Beautiful cozy apartment with large terrace. It allows you to enjoy a family or work day. I live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. It is independent and has its own bathroom. The terrace has access to another apartment, but it is only access to enter the apartment.
