IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. An oasis in Boca del Rosario with access to the river and its own jetty for sporting activities (including kayaks) and fishing. We also have animals such as horses and sheep. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Spacious living room, with bar, dining room and daily dining room and large full kitchen. Also a large gallery with a barbecue, lots of green space and a field pond for bathing. As mentioned above, the field has access to the Rosario River with a dock and ramp to lower boats.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Santa Casa, historic neighborhood

Meters from the Basilica of the Blessed Sacrament and close to the coast, there are buildings from different historical periods on the property, including vestiges of the first hospital in the old city, which is why we have called it Santa Casa (hospital in Portuguese). The apartment overlooks a central colonial courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette.
