Hi, we are Casey and Grady. We both grew up in Nashville and were raised in this great city. When I was 23 years old I stayed in an incredible Bed and Breakfast in East Texas. It was an Austin stone mansion and I fell in love with the experience. I was determined to own and operate a Bed and Breakfast in my future. Fast forward 15 years and my husband and I are living in Nashville and need to relocate to Hawaii for about a year (I know, tough assignment!). We stumbled into Airbnb and fell in love. We used it to relocate to Hawaii and to rent our home to others. It has been one of my greatest joys to help others enjoy this incredible city we call home. I love all things hospitality so to be able to make others feel at home, provide favorite drinks, food, and information about the city is a lot of fun. Our favorite things are sweet tea (because you can't be Southern and not love that, right?), Nashville's hot chicken, going to the Bluebird cafe to listen to musicians play and sing, Acai bowls from Franklin Juice Co., Mocha coffee's from Fido's in Hillsboro village, Tacos from Bar Taco in 12 South, steaks from Kayne Prime in the Gulch, Jeni's ice cream (you can find a Jeni's all over the city), Koko's ice cream (East Nashville and it's dairy free and amazing), Butchertown Hall (great food in Germantown), Cheekwood Botanical Gardens, Radnor Lake and Pinewood Social (amazing atmosphere for great food and bowling if you call ahead). We love traveling to East Tennessee and enjoying the Smokey Mountains in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forest. We love to zipline at Climbworks Canopy Tour in Gatlinburg. Since we lived on the island of Oahu we fell in love with Hawaii and the beauty of the ocean and mountains. The culture and the people are incredible. We were born and raised in the South and appreciate and embrace Southern hospitality. It's in our blood and we love to pass it along. One of our life mottos is to treat others as we would like to be treated. We love living in the city and the conveniences that it offers. Nashville is such a unique and wonderful place. We hope you choose the Cozy Cottage for your Nashville stay. Thank you for stopping by and reading our profile.
