Only 35-minutes to Auburn, relax with the family in this newly remodeled top floor lake front condo. Bring your boat and park at our new boat dock. We also have an awesome beach area with stone steps that lead into the lake. The bathrooms are spacious as well as both bedrooms. The condo resides in Stillwaters Subdivision, that is home to an outstanding 18-hole Golf Course as well as Coppers Grill Restaurant. This restaurant boasts a fabulous venue, with live music every a lot of weekends

The space
The primary bedroom is outfitted with a King Bed, and large walk-in Closet with custom shelving. The primary bathroom, offers a stand up shower only with 2-Shower Heads on opposite walls. The 2nd bedroom has a full bed along with a twin bunk bed. It is connected to a spacious bathroom with a stand up shower only. There is a full size stackable washer in dryer in the laundry closet and the kitchen has brand new cabinets along with a small walk-in pantry
