Two king-bed suites each feature a luxurious ensuite and walk-through wardrobe — perfect for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and a truly romantic weekend retreat. These suites comfortably accommodate up to four adults.
For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed with a double mattress, suitable for one to two children or an additional adult, making the home ideal for a small family getaway or an extra guest when needed. Please note that guests using the sofa bed will share access to one of the ensuite bathrooms, as both bathrooms are ensuite to the king bedrooms.
The spa-style bathrooms include freestanding soaking tubs and oversized rain showers positioned to frame the stunning views.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the architect-designed villa, the expansive wraparound deck, and the sweeping 30 acres of mountain-top countryside that surround it.
A secure gated entry and simple self check-in ensure a smooth, effortless arrival. Once inside, you’re free to wander the grounds, unwind on the deck with panoramic valley views, or spend evenings by the fire pit under the stars.
Parking is available directly beside the villa for ease and comfort.
This is your own luxury retreat in the Hunter Valley — private, peaceful, and completely yours throughout your stay.
The home is equipped with ultra-fast Starlink internet (200+ Mbps) — ideal for streaming, video calls, or working remotely while surrounded by nature.
Pets are welcome on request and can safely roam within the fenced area. For something truly special, a helicopter landing area is available by arrangement through the rear gate — the perfect way to arrive in style and take in the sweeping Hunter Valley views from above.
