The condo is located in a new building in a spectacular area with new resorts and restaurants with lots of wild life and forest. Nuevo Vallarta has the best beach in all Puerto Vallarta, kids can go far in the ocean and still have the water level at their waists. There are many restaurants and attractions around. The pool is shared with the rest of the condos, it is very peaceful, sunbeds at the pool and palm roofs at the beach are always available.

The apartment has everything you need, very nice decorated, incredible multiple views to the bay and very comfortable amenities to enjoy great holidays.
