Homely Spacious Modern New Build 2nd Floor REAR Apartment. Located next to Pier & Town Centre. MAX 4 PERSONS. 2 bedrooms with comfy SINGLE BEDS. Fully equipped to high standard. Bike storage available. Pay & Display Public Car Parking at rear of the property-l9am-6pm 7days. High Speed Trains from St.Pancras to Deal. 3 nearby English Heritage Castles. Excellent Golf Courses. Superb Walks along the Cliffs of Dover via St.Margaret's Bay overlooking English Channel, views of France. Come visit.

The space
Perfectly located spacious modern “home from home” 2nd floor apartment (located in a block of only 4 apartments) - NO LIFT, stairs only - 2 bedrooms with comfy SINGLE beds (these can be easily pushed together) Adequate area for travel cots but these are not supplied.- Breakfast bar with 4 high stools (NO dining table). All rooms overlook the town centre. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine. Smart TV. BT wifi.. hdmi cable. WOOD flooring and rugs throughout the apartment. Linen, ample amount of towels, beach towels, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereals, hairdryers, shampoo, toiletries, iron etc..supplied. All rooms have stand fans for comfort convenience.
The apartment is within 25 metres of the beach and Deal Pier.
Ii does not have Sea Views. It is quiet and does not suffer from any main road noise.
Golf clubs and bike storage available.
There is 24 hour Public Car Parking at rear of property which can be viewed from the apartment. Pay and Display charges within hours 9am - 6pm..£1.60 per hour. 7 days. Payment can be made via the RingGo App. . There are 3 Electric charging points immediately outside in the car park, these can also be viewed from the apartment. Some other town car parking areas have different charges from 9-6pm. There is free street parking within a 8-10 minute walk of the apartment.

There are superb bars restaurants supermarkets quirky shops etc all within a few minutes walk of the apartment .
Please take a look at the guest reviews with their comments. The apartment is much larger than the photos are able to show.
There is not a safe key as I will always arrange to meet you and show you around- the personal attention is so important to me to make my guests feel at home during their time in Deal.

Deal is a fantastic town of beauty & history. Superb views over the English Channel to France. Lovely walks /bike rides all the way to the Dover Cliffs and Kingsdown, St Margarets, also to the golf courses of Walmer & Kingsdown, Cinque Ports, Princes, St. Georges and Sandwich. Enjoy the history of Deal, Walmer & Dover Castles- English Heritage. There are many quirky shops, galleries, nice pubs and restaurants within the local area. (Also check out the nearby Astor Theatre which has quality acts. Closed at present) Enjoy playing golf on one of the many top courses close by. The Cathedral City of Canterbury is 40 minutes by car, bus or train. Tour the Kent coastline and visit Whitstable, Herne Bay, Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Folkestone etc.. You will not be disappointed....
