For the record, the rate charged for this stay was $70 per night over a long weekend. Additionally, "shabby" is a tremendously unfair and inaccurate characterization of the apartment, as is the rest of the review. More of a fun play on words for the reviewer I suspect. Bottom line: The review unfortunately seems to conflate 'not new' with 'shabby' and 'not clean.' I would suggest the viewer read some of my other 140+ reviews and weigh this one accordingly. Thanks!
