This beautiful loft is located in a historical neighborhood in the Valencia's center, less than 3 minutes walking of City Hall, the Old Town and the main shopping area of the city (Colon Street).
The North Station, the main train station in Valencia; and the stop of free Bus of the AVE are located just 100 m (1 minute walking) near the bullring. The subway stops XATIVA and BAILEN, to 150m connect the apartment with the airport and the beach. In addition, the España Square, just 40m is confluent point subway and bus lines in all directions (airport, AVE train station, harbor, beaches...).
You can park free in the street and the neighborhood.
The apartment is located on a 1st floor without elevator.
Fully equipped: Free Wifi! ADSL 30Mb. LED flat screen TV, air conditioning with cold and hot, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all appliances and cooking utensils. Furthermore hairdryer, iron and intercom. Double glazing system "Climalit " on all windows, without noise.
The apartment is totally NEW, because it's an old building completly renovated in 2015, with the original appearance of the building. It has recovered masonry arch in stone and brick; and the wooden ceiling beams .
The apartment is on the corner of two streets, so you have the privilege of having 2 balconies and a window to the street and you have the feeling that you are in a covered terrace on the street. This space makes that it's extremely bright and cheerful.
It is spacious for an apartment of one room and fit 4 people. It has a double bed of 1'60m x 2'00m, and very comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room of 1'40m x 200m .The sets of sheets and towels are included.
The bathroom has been designed with particular attention, with quality materials and a great shower system "rain" and small floor tiles black marble. We also provide soap and shampoo.
We expect from our smokers guests to avoid smoking in the apartment (there're two small balconies to do it or go out to the street) and mount parties that disturb the neighbours. But for now we're very happy with all the guests who have visited us by this website.... not spoil it, works very well.
The input and output schedule is flexible. We adapt to your schedule but if there's another host on the same day of your departure, we have to clean the apartment. Because of this we request that you leave the apartment between 11:00 am and 12:00 am for cleaning. Anyway I inform you that there're a luggage lockers at the train station (100 meters to the apartment) very economical, where you will leave your luggage for 3 € / 24 hours.
The check-in is from 14:00 but we make a favour to our guests and you can leave the baggage from 11:00 and take the keys and we'll say you the time you can return when it's clean (more or less at 13:00). In the afternoon you only have to say me your arrival hour and I'll go to give you the keys nut from 22:00 we charge a supplement of 10€. The check-out is at 11am but if this day there isn't a new guest you can leave later.
When you only reserve a night we charge a supplement of 5€ p.p.
We don´t accep parties and events. They we´ll be the cause of the cancel of the contract and immediate expulsion.

Hola soy de Valencia (Spain), junto al mar Mediterráneo. Junto a mi pareja y a mis dos hijos nos encanta viajar.
Esta forma alternativa de viajar me parece muy interesante y también utilizo el intercambio de viviendas con un apartamento que poseo en Valencia.
Llevo ya varios años y estoy encantado de estas nuevas formas de viajar y conocer gente con su estilo de vida.
