The space
Located across the Hopkins River bridge In Warrnambool. Just 5 minutes drive from the local shops and 2 minutes from the ocean. Our back yard is fully enclosed and safe for your pet we also offers a large cage for them to be housed in if need be.

The ground floor entrance welcomes you into the open living area featuring a chefs kitchen, butler pantry, dining and comfortable lounge fitted with a smart TV. The large windows give you a view of the ocean from all areas. The sheltered courtyard allows you to sit by the open fire pit, cook a BBQ and unwind after your day’s activity.

BEDROOMS all located on the ground floor.
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite & floor to ceiling wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 - King bed with floor to ceiling wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - King single bed, with a full sized single bed trundle & floor to ceiling wardrobe
Bedroom 4 - King bed, with day bed facing outdoor courtyard, ensuite and walk in robe.

Bathroom 3 - situated in the middle of the bedrooms, with bath tub walk in shower and basin.

Toilets - 2 separate toilets with basins located in the passage way.

Lower level – Rumpus room with free to air TV and Smart TV options. Powder room with toilet and basin.

Garage - Large double car garage with access into the house.

Other things to note
We live in a family friendly neighbourhood, we have children next door. We ask our guests to be respectful of this and not use the outdoor area after 9pm. We are not a house for parties and any disturbances will be reported to the police and your reservation cancelled without a refund.

We have a fire pity outside which you are welcome to use but it is BYO fire wood and supplies, this can be purchased from a petrol station or IGA.

Unfortunately the original Corten steel outside cladding needed replacing and we have now replaced it with using southerly hue colorbond (new photos to come).

My husband and I have been a part of Port Campbell for over 20 years, we spent our summers here as children and young adults. We then explored the world only to return to make Port Campbell our home and create our family (3 young children). On the sunny days, we spend most of our time down at the beach or at the local playgrounds. We never tire of exploring our own backyard and this rugged coastline offers many things for us to see. We also have a love for the Otway Forest which is just a short drive away. We love sharing our area with travellers from all over the world. This is our paradise as my husband calls it and we welcome you :)
