Please respect that this is a working property, and make sure gates are closed firmly behind you, to help keep kangaroos and rabbits out of the orchard.
We have a 3.5kW solar generation power system, which usually is more than enough for daily needs. However, please avoid using appliances with heating elements, especially hairdryers, as the surge can overwhelm the system. On cloudy mornings or after dusk, please use the gas grill for toasting bread, rather than the toaster.
Because this is a rural property, we recommend taking your shoes off before you enter the cottage.
As we are developing habitat for nature conservation, especially endangered and injured lizards and birds, this is not an appropriate property to bring pet cats or dogs.
