Guests say this area is easy to get around.
North facing warm and bright shack that makes the most of the sun all year. This is a contemporary take on a 1950's beach shack with louvres to make the most of sea breezes. It is situated opposite a reserve, 200m walking distance to the two main beaches, with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the house that cuts through directly to the popular penguin point beach. There is large deck to enjoy the surrounding natural vegetation equipped with festoon lighting.

The space
Open plan living with kitchen dining, lounge + two large bedrooms. One bedroom has a bunk bed and queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen bed.

Enjoy a coffee at the breakfast bar to soak in the morning sun of winter & spring. The dining table is adjustable and can accommodate up to six people. In the summer enjoy your evening meal on the deck using the outside table.

The reserve opposite has a bike track with small jumps that kids enjoy and if you wanted to do more than walk to the local beaches, the Stenhouse Bay Jetty is a 20min bike ride away.

In the cooler months make use of the chiminea outside. Be sure to walk up to the top of the Sandhills 100m away on a clear night to see the most magnificent starry skies.

For electric vehicle owners, there is a dedicated outdoor 15+ amp PowerPoint for car charging. Own cable/adaptor required.

Marion bay is an idyllic coastal town nudged between a sheltered family friendly beach (penguin point beach) and a rugged surfers beach (willyama beach) that offers scenic views from the tops of its Sandhills.

It is the closest town to Innes National Park and is unique for its preservation of local flora & fauna. If you walk into small reserves around the town you will find hidden pathways to explore tucked in between low lying sandy coastal bush.
