If you’re in search of a terrific bolthole for your getaway to this magical place, Shearwater View, 7 Rosemorran which tucks itself away in a quiet development just 15 minutes’ walk from Porthminster Beach, is perfect! Positioned on the first floor, this contemporary apartment has two bedrooms and a light-filled open plan living room, completed with a window seat from which to enjoy the views out to Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay.

Both bedrooms and the family bathroom are at entrance level, with the living room, kitchen / diner on the upper level of the split-level layout
