Located 3 min walk, across the street to Woolworths, a large grocery store. 2 min walk to Asian grocery store. Liquor available in the same complex as Woolies, and Asian grocery store.

Laundromat downstairs next to the building, has lockers to store bags if needed.

3-bedroom apartment, shared with Will & Mary, who are self employed and have an office in West Melbourne.

Home to Athena, a small dog, who is super friendly, and loves to say hello. No biting.

Gingy, a senior cat. Who likes to chill.
