Welcome to Aqua Sands, a very spacious, stylish and modern double storey beach house perfect for families and groups. It is situated in the Benton Sands Estate which is the exclusive area of Callala Beach. Renowned for its serene and peaceful outlook, surrounded by native plants and wildlife Aqua Sands is nestled in natures paradise. Only a short stroll through a stunning bush track you are mesmerised with the powder white sands and aqua waters of Callala beach - the jewel of Jervis Bay!
The space
Aqua Sands is a quintessential master built beach house. With soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural sunlight it sleeps up to eleven guests with plenty of space for two families or a group of friends.
Situated in the exclusive Benton Sands Estate it is surrounded by beautiful homes and the Estate light filled indoor heated pool which is only a short stroll away. It’s amazingly lit up even for night swims as it is open to 10pm.
Aqua Sands has four large bedrooms, three living areas, three bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen ensuring a sense of comfort from the moment you arrive. The home boasts high speed WIFI. There is a lovely alfresco area off the main lounge room and a stunning balcony off the main bedroom featuring a gorgeous daybed where you can laze around in and listen to the wildlife and sounds of the ocean with the squiggly gum trees as your backdrop. Nature at its finest!
Have FUN in the games room with the table tennis, arcade basketball game and the foosball, so much fun for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with tempur mattress ensuring a cosy nights sleep. It has a small wall tv with a dvd player. All bed sheets are comfy bamboo cotton.
Downstairs has a large living and dining area with a 75” Smart TV. The upstairs lounge room has a second smart TV and X Box One with a selection of games and 2 controllers. For the younger children there is a special area for them to enjoy that includes a cosy tee-pee with stuffed animals, blankets and books.
The home has Daikin reverse-cycle air conditioning upstairs and downstairs as well as ceiling fans keeping you cool in summer or warm in winter.
Included in your stay: bed linen, blankets, pillows, bath towels, well equipped kitchen and free wifi. We also provide a few essentials to get you through the first few nights, including teas & coffee, toilet paper, washing powder, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and cleaning products. Also included are a few pantry staples such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, herbs and spices.
Keep the kids entertained rain, hail or shine with the Benton Sands indoor heated pool and a selection of board games for the whole family to enjoy!
A high chair and travel cot are provided (please bring your own linen for the travel cot it is approx 100x70cm).
Not provided: beach towels, please bring them with you.
The Callala Bay boat ramp, Myola boat ramp and Husky Ferry (with SUP hire) are all within a 5 minute drive. This is the perfect modern beach house for a relaxing South Coast getaway.
If you’re travelling from the north, we suggest shopping where the locals shop in Nowra at the NOWRA FARMERS MARKET, famous for their fresh local produce and delicatessen with local and international cheeses and deli meats. The Nowra Farmers Market is conveniently located next to Nowra Fresh Fish and Meat Market. Take the second or third left after the Shoalhaven River bridge.
For any other essentials Woolworths is a 2 minute drive from Nowra Farmers Market at Stocklands Nowra. There is a small IGA, bakery, butcher and pharmacy at Callala Bay which is a few minutes drive away. There is the Callala RSL Country Club which features a 18 hole golf course for those keen to hit the course.
Guest access
Guests can use the entire home including the garage. The linen cupboards and under stair area are locked and not to be used.
Other things to note
Pets are not to be taken upstairs onto the carpet and bedrooms.
