Galveston’s best. Beach front property, Ocean views and Amazing heated pools. Condo is updated with new mattresses, furnitures, sheets and towels. Lee and Michelle are eager to assist you on your Galveston ‘s vacation. A very comfortable Queen bed, two bunk beds and a wonderful sofa futon.
Infant bed available upon request.
Nearby-Starbucks, McDonald’s, Walmart, Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, Pleasure Pier, the strand ect. Parkings available -$25 per stay.

The space
Wonderful heated pools to enjoy with family and friends. Plenty to do and site seeing while staying here. Happy, Fun and comfortable condo you can count on. Free to pick up and use Electric scooters when booked 3 or more nights.

For pet owners, please make sure you do have paperwork for service pet when check in with the front desk.

Elevator or stairs.
Check in on the right hand side(The Lobby). Then take far left to BBQ area. Shaded parking is for two cars per slot. Take right to the elevator or take left to the stairs to the 1st level by the heated pool. Unit 192.

Other things to note
For pet lovers. Please have your Service Pet’s paper ready when checking in the Lobby. HOA is allowing service dog only.
Two questions expected to ask from the management.
1. Is this a service animal.
2. What task does the service animal perform.
Also, Please reserve your electric scooters after booking with us FOR FREE ( pick up at designated 45South location or $45 delivery each way)
3. There is parking fee onsite
4. We have pet friendly at another location if needed. By The Sea Condos- Amazing and Spectacular Beach views.
