Welcome to this stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Hinterland retreat nestled between Noosa and Eumundi. This generous home sleeping 8-10 guests is ideal for an extended family vacation, two families or even a luxury stay-cation.

The space
One of the highlights of this home are the breathtaking coastal views capturing your attention beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows from the moment you step inside.

The upper, entry level of the home features a beautifully appointed kitchen with integrated appliances and a large central kitchen bench. The large open living and dining space offer incredible views over the coastline in the distance.
Three bedrooms including the generous master suite are located on this level.

The lower level of the home offers a further two bedrooms, large media room or kids retreat as well as a generous office looking over the pool.

The bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a peaceful retreat for everyone in the family. Four of the five bedrooms offer ample closet space and large windows that fill the rooms with natural light. The fifths bedroom with custom build-in timber bunk beds is ideal for smaller guests. The bathrooms are tastefully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, ensuring both style and functionality.

For those looking for relaxation and wellness, this house has just what you need. Take a dip in the refreshing pool on hot summer days or unwind in the sauna. There is even a fully equipped gym, with high quality equipment, for the fitness enthusiasts.

Please note: The fireplace is not currently in use. The spa in the pool is not heated.

Other things to note
This is a rural property on tank water - power outages in this area are not uncommon during bad weather due to fallen power lines. Electricity and water supply can be affected, which is beyond our control.

There are many beautiful establish trees on the property, including 2 Frangipanis and tall palm trees. These provide shade during the hot summer months, but also drop leaves some of which end up in the pool. The pool is serviced fortnightly and a scoop net is provided should you wish to clear any leaves from the pool during your stay.

The spa in the pool is not heated and the jets operate only when the pool pump runs.
