The space
We are located in a wildlife refuge and the house was built to maximize indoor/outdoor living. You will see all kinds of animals and birds from every vantage point in this indoor/outdoor living experience. It is also important that with both Nosara's natural beauty and this particular architectural choice all doors are need to be closed (sliding glass particularly) and food safely stored at night to avoid unexpected visitors (insects, birds, animals, etc) from time to time
