This charming 1927 home has been completely remodeled. The Willamette
River runs behind the homes across the street and the centrally located house is a one mile walk or bus ride to downtown.

This is a lovely older home that has been completely remodeled. It is
surrounded by big leaf maple trees and the Willamette River runs behind the
houses across the street. There is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a
couch that folds out to a queen sized bed in the living room.

The proximity to the river is a great part of this neighborhood as are the large trees. Riverfront park and the carousal and West Salem Park are about a one mile walk from the house as is downtown Salem. The Broadway
district with an Independent theatre, coffee shops, restaurants and a wine
bar is a little less than a mile away. There is a rail line about 4 blocks from the house. Although it is not a main line, trains do pass through about twice a night and blow their whistle. Earplugs are provided.

I am a retired psychotherapist. It has been a labor of love to restore this lovely old house. I love the outdoors and often hike, camp or kayak. I also enjoy meeting new people.
