This a very unique property . The studio is in the grounds of one of the first houses in Sanctuary Point, built in the early 1950's.

THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES. THERE'S THREE SEPERATE BUILDINGS . STUDIO, BATHROOM/WC/LAUNDRY and OUTDOOR KITCHEN.

You'll have the exclusive use of "'The Studio", bathroom/laundry facilities (20 steps from The Studio). Outdoor cooking facilities include , Cooktop, HW, sink, BBQ and fridge.

The bathroom/toilet is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.

The space
This is a unique boutique experience. There's 3 separate buildings, offering a feeling of space and peace. The Studio's a brand new addition to the property. There's a small sink with H&C water, WIFI, small open wardrobe and 43" smart TV. The bathroom's generous with fantastic hot water, and plenty of fresh towels. New front load washing machine and drier.

When you book The Studio, you'll have exclusive use of the grounds. Please be aware the bathroom is in a separate building 20 steps across the lawn.

Other things to note
The outdoor kitchen has absolutely everything you'd expect to prepare your meals. During the days there's often kangaroos taking it easy in the grounds. At night there's possums and bandicoots. As tempting as it is. please DO NOT feed the animals. If you hear banging on the roof at night, it's only possums. Despite their size and agility, they're very heavy footed.
