Welcome to the BESTNEST Luxe at 1872 Beachside Tennis Villas. Perfectly positioned in the heart of South Beach Marina Village, this BESTNEST Luxe villa places you just steps from the beach while offering effortless access to waterfront dining, boutique shopping, bike paths, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere that has made Sea Pines one of Hilton Head Island's most beloved destinations.
THE SETTING: There's something undeniably special about staying where the ocean feels close enough to become part of your day. As one of only four coveted corner residences at Beachside Tennis Villas, 1872 offers sweeping, more than 180-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound from its second-floor perch. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a wraparound balcony invite the beauty of the coastline indoors, creating an ever-changing backdrop of sparkling water, passing boats, dolphins, and unforgettable sunsets.

WHAT GUESTS LOVE MOST: Guests return to 1872 year after year for its extraordinary corner-unit location and gorgeous water views that can be enjoyed from nearly every room. The spacious wraparound balcony quickly becomes a favorite gathering place for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and evenings spent watching the colors of the sky change over Calibogue Sound. Inside, guests appreciate the bright, open living spaces, comfortable furnishings, Sonos sound system, Smart TVs, and beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bath. Being able to walk from your villa to the beach in less than a minute is simply the icing on the cake.
POOL: Just outside the building, the Beachside Tennis Villas oceanfront pool offers the perfect place to relax between beach walks and island adventures. The villa pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated.
LUXE SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 6 comfortably / / 1 King bed / / 2 Queen beds. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, premium Fili d'Oro Italian linens, Smart TV, private ensuite bath, and beautiful water views. The guest suite offers two queen beds, its own beautifully appointed ensuite bath, Smart TV, and the same exceptional attention to comfort found throughout the villa.
