Nestled beside a greenspace maintained by the City of Troutdale, our property offers direct access to a slice of a Pacific Northwest forest. Wander along a short walking trail that leads to a serene pond, providing a glimpse of Oregon's natural beauty. Kindly be aware: You will spot "Private Property" signs at the trail entrance, but they were erected by a neighbor to discourage non-residents. Rest assured, the area is secure for guests to explore and is not privately owned.

A quick .30-mile stroll (taking around 5 minutes) leads to Sunrise Park. As the name suggests, the park offers captivating sunrises and a gorgeous view of Mt. Hood, all within moments of our home. Enjoy a half-mile paved loop trail here, accessible for public enjoyment.
