Perched on the highest ridge in Mapleton, this beautifully renovated house is the oldest in town. Along with a large kitchen, dining room and living room, an expansive deck overlooks the Obi-Obi Valley and is perfect for enjoying the sunset.

The space
Originally built by the Smith family in 1908, this is the oldest house in Mapleton and has been beautifully renovated with large open living areas and spacious bedrooms. This home combines history and luxury with 12 foot high ceilings, VJ walls and a stunning outlook.

Situated on half an acre, with a short stroll to The Falls Farm and Mapleton Falls, there is plenty to explore (or not!).

Hi! We're Val and Peter. Originally from Melbourne, a book-keeper and wine wholesaler respectively (ask for a recommendation!), we made the move north twenty odd years ago. These days, we work together with our daughter, her husband and his family, growing incredible vegetables at The Falls Farm and running the local Pub. The past decade has been an adventure in Mapleton and we love being able to host guests in this beautiful part of the world.
