Newly decorated comfy single room in a lovely semi-rural setting for one. We also have a twin room if you are travelling in a group and want two bedrooms for 3 people. The listing title is "Comfortable and cosy twin room".
Our place is close to public transport (hourly bus service Monday - Saturday) and 8 minutes by car to Ipswich CBD, supermarkets, shopping centre, restaurants and cafes. You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy beds, and the cosiness - a great place to relax in.
This bedroom has a comfy single bed with a private bathroom and toilet (unless the other bedroom is occupied). There is a place to hang your clothes and a fan/heater (depending on the season) in the room.
We are 7 minutes drive from the Riverlink Shopping Centre which has supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and is also near two clubs - Jetts and CSI (Club Services Ipswich).
We also have a guest reading room so that when you feel like chilling out with a book or the newspaper you won't be disturbed by the tv or other people.
We are surrounded by birds and trees with views over paddocks to the mountains beyond.
Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is 10am.
We have a spacious high-set house in a cul-de-sac on the edge of Ipswich, 5 minutes off the Warrego Highway, 45 minutes west of the Brisbane CBD and 8 minutes from the Ipswich Central train station. The house is 1.5 km from the turn off onto our street, on the left hand side of the road and there are two lantern lights out the front on the fences. There is a red gecko above the right hand garage door.
Eight minutes from Ipswich CBD there is an excellent train service into Brisbane that leaves regularly and we have a bus stop five minutes walk from the house.
