Relax in Rotorua, the perfect base situated in a quiet residential suburb. This house is spacious and inviting with its open plan kitchen, dinning, & living that opens up to a sunny deck area. The internal access to the garage provides room for all your toys along with a full laundry.

Please note this isn’t a party house and our quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

You enter the home with a door lock access code, 24hr check in available. You’ll have access to the upstairs house.

This property has one house with two completely separate living quarters. Please note that dedicated un-obstructed parking for guests is provided, but the drive way itself is shared.
