- Total of 6 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 8 full and 1 half baths. Ground level bedrooms include 2 double queens. Mezzanine level includes a king bedroom plus dedicated office. Main level bedrooms include an oceanfront master suite, plus a family suite with 1 king, 1 queen, and sitting room or nursery with daybed/trundle. (Total beds include 3 Kings, 5 queens, and 1 twin). NEW Primary bath is exquisite with 3-spray walk in shower, soaking tub, Frame TV, and Kohler smart toilet.

- Multiple gathering areas, which are ideal for guest gathering or separation including a ground level "rec room"

- Amplifi whole-house WiFi with 400 Mbps speed, password protected internet

- 11 new Samsung televisions with digital Spectrum enhanced Spectrum channel selection

- An oversized laundry room with 2 new sets of GE front load machines, plus 2-car garage equipped with loads of great beach chairs and equipment.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures). The charge for BOTH pool and spa is $600.00 for the first day and $300.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.
