Located by the water and 5 minutes from shops, come and enjoy our 2-bedroom house with courtyard completely renovated by us.

You will be seduced by the calm of the street, the diversity of nearby shops and the centrality of our town.
At the gates of the Poitevin marsh, the gîte is located 30 min from the beaches and 45 min from La Rochelle, Les Sables d'Olonne or Puy du Fou.

The space
🏠 On the ground floor, you will find a living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen as well as separate toilets.
The accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine

🛏 Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed with memory foam mattress and
a second bedroom with a 90 cm bunk bed and a sofa bed underneath.

From 4 nights , your bed is made upon arrival and we provide you with towels .
For stays of 1 to 3 nights, if you do not want to be burdened with your linen, we offer this "ready to sleep" service for 20 euros for 1 bed and 30 euros for 3 beds.
