The apartment is located inside a small condominium, the only one, on the border with the Valle Bova Regional Nature Reserve. We are at the base of the Larian triangle, 900 meters above sea level in Alpe del Vicerè, 40 km from Monza (reachable in 40 minutes) and 50 km from Milan. It borders the woods of the reserve and the meadows of the Alpe del Vicere park. It is not uncommon to meet several animals, roe deer, foxes and others along the way. The two-room apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and includes a living room with open kitchen, 10-seater table, sofa bed and bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people in the large room, and in the sofa bed any two other guests, so in total it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
The temperature of the place is several degrees lower than that of the plain and the humidity is much lower, ideal for a cool stay in the summer months and more. For those who love peace, tranquility, walks, mountains. Here the paved road ends and you only go with boots, for the most trained even with bicycles. Departure for walks on the nearby peaks and places of caving interest (lead hole, Orrido di Caino, former cava di ammoniti), naturalistic and sports (Capanna Mara refuge, Monte Puscio, Monte Bolettone, Monte Palanzone, path of the Beasts and many others) with destinations all within two hours of walking.
For the most greedy a few meters away there are four typical restaurants (all open in the summer, usually only two in the rest of the year), a children's playground with also a simple climbing wall, a recently opened Jungle Park.
In 10 minutes by car you can reach Albavilla from which you can reach in a few minutes the lakes of Alserio, Annone, Pusiano and Como.
Near the apartment there are only 4 restaurants but there are no shops. To find shops, instead you have to retrace the road to Albavilla (5.7 km that can be reached in about 10 minutes) where you can find different commercial activities. If you want to cook at home, it is recommended to do the shopping before going up to the Alpe. Nearest supermarkets are:
