Guest access
The Dr's Residence is to the right of the main Old Hospital Loch entrance and is well signed. The key lock box is to the right of the front door.
We often have guests in the main building, so please be mindful when parking, as this is shared. Street parking is free, but Clarence Street becomes very busy during peak times, so we do not recommend.
Please note that the individual parking spot that adjoins our neighbours at 19 and us is strictly no parking.
We do have one extra space behind the building in Naylor Lane. Please let us know if you require this space.
Please avoid using the disabled parking if not needed.
Parking is at your own risk.
Other things to note
The nightly rate is based on one guest. Additional guests are charged at the per-person rate shown by Airbnb when you enter the correct number of guests.
Guests 2 to 4 are charged at $60 per person per night. They will either share the queen bed or will be on a double sofa bed (with an upgraded mattress) in their own room. There is a shared toilet for rooms 2 and 3, and the only shower is part of the queen rooms' ensuite. All towels and linen, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be sharing the queen bed or needing a separate room.
