Please contact us before booking to confirm availability. We've added a 51" TV and some new furniture so it's even better now!
Come stay in our cute 1930's cottage/bungalow. Our house is located right off of South Congress, close to all of the shops, restaurants, and food trailers the area is known for. Only 2 miles south of Downtown and a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of the SoCo action. Easy bus access as well (1L)!
The house is located on a quiet and safe street in the Travis Heights neighborhood (the best in all of Austin). There is a small park and pool nearby as well as easy access to the river and the hike and bike trail.
Our modern/mid-century decorated home is open and light with wood floors throughout. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with a claw foot tub! The master bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress (the best sleep I have ever had) and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. I am serious about my sleep and can guarantee that the beds and bedding will be comfy and relaxing.
We also have a sofa bed in the living room and if needed we can set up an air mattress in the office. The kitchen has everything you'll need and we also have a brand new fancy front loading washer and dryer for your use.
AND! We have a screened in porch to relax or congregate with friends. We also have: wifi, flat screen TV, DVD player, Apple TV, wii, and BBQ grill.
Dogs live here but they won't be present for your stay. We will dust and vacuum before you arrive!
