Mario’s apartment is lovely! Very well located (in a quiet neighbourhood, less than 10mn metro to get to the center) and with all the necessary comfort and amenities, you will have an amazing stay there. Mario is a great host who takes care of its guests from beginning to end. Al…
My stay at Mario's apartment was perfect! First of all the communication with Mario went super easy, friendly and fast. The key delivery was uncomplicated and Mario was very helpful and hospitable during my whole stay. The apartment was as nice and clean as it looks on the pictur…
This is truly a great place in District 9, a gem you may even say. Mario was very helpful and responsive from the onset! The apartment is specious, clean, and offers great comfort. You're a walking distance (2-3 minutes) from the Tram, subway, great cafes and restaurants, superma…
i dont know if the previous reviews are real. the apartment is for 2 persons max. you cant open the door with the key, i had to call always the neighbors to open me the door. also construction site just next to apartment. from 7 am its loud. all in one really overpriced. i do not…
Response from Mario:
Diana, Let me apologise if you have had a bad experience in my apartment, I am so sorry. I always try to offer a professional service, leaving everything ready for my guests even leaving a small present for them. Honestly talking you are the first guest complaining about it, and because of that I would want to explain myself. As it is well represented with photos and info in my airbnb Ad, in my apartment there's room for 4 people, having a big bed (2pax) and 1 sofa-bed (2pax more), 4 people in total. About your concerns about the key. As I already told you during your stay, I am using that set of keys everyday, and they work perfectly! Furthermore, let me mention that the last weekend one of my best friend's parents stayed at my place and they didn't have any issue with them. Parents of 70 years old...🤔 About the construction next to my building. You being Austrian, I guess you already know that it is allowed to start working at 7am in the morning... Otherwise, those are just temporary works in the building next to mine. I guess you can understand that it is something out of my control... I would love being able "to control the weather" and offering you a sunny stay in Vienna. About the overprice topic...well you contacted me a Friday 14h for getting into the apartment the same day. I did the impossible for having it ready, and I did it. My cleaning lady came the same day for 3 hours, leaving everything ready for you. What I think is not professional is asking for some refund if for any personal reason (not my fault) you are forced to leave 1 day earlier my apartment, even less after leaving the CURTAINS BROKEN, and footprints in the wall, and even asking for a refund. I won't get into the game if I should recommend you to other hosts or not...but I guess no one likes finding out his apartment with broken components and foot-spots in the walls.. About your doubts if the previous reviews are real or not... Well, I guess that becoming a SUPERHOST doesn't happen by chance. What shall I say...? Maybe it is just my first experience with an Austrian guest.
