The space
The original cottage was built circa 1899 and has had extensions and renovations added to it over the years, mainly by us over the last 20 years.
The West Wing, the space you will be staying in, was built in 2015.

Guest access
You have your own private space within the wing of our home.
You have your own private on-site parking bay and separate entrance.

Outdoor spaces will be shared with us. We value your privacy (and ours) highly so interaction will be as much or as little as you like.

A selection of books, games and DVDs have been provided for you to enjoy while staying here.

There is a large garden with 2 labyrinths and an olive grove for you to wander in. We have provided a picnic basket and blanket for use if you wish to picnic in the grove.

Other things to note
There are no kitchen facilities but a kettle and toaster, and BBQ, as well as teabags, coffee, milk, butter and sugar are provided.
We provide homemade fresh bread on arrival and condiments for your breakfast.
We also provide a small sample of our fresh olive oil, olives and dukkha for tasting, just bring your own cheese and crackers, and drinks for a tasty sundowner.

Accessibility & Guest Information:
Your comfort and safety are important to us, and we hold a strong commitment to duty of care for every guest.
Please note that our space is not suitable for young children, pets, or those with limited mobility. There are gravel paths, a step up into the entry, and a long, narrow hallway that may be difficult for wheelchairs or walkers to navigate.

We believe true hospitality means being transparent, so if you’re unsure whether our space will meet your needs, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to offer guidance.

Lives in Western Australia, Australia
I love to travel and have visited many places in the world, as a child, and now with my husband and daughter. I enjoy being in the great outdoors, camping and gardening. Spending time with friends and loved ones, crafting, reading, music and food are also important to me. I live on 5 acres, with an olive grove, in the beautiful Avon Valley of Western Australia and enjoy all the pleasures of country living in a small tourist town.
