The garage is used as storage and will be locked and not accessible by the guests. The garage is externally accessible and the garage may be accessed by a property manager between the hours of 7 am-10 pm via an external entrance only. With the house layout, it is very likely this will be unnoticeable.

Rusty Retreat is located in Fernhill, one of the original neighbourhoods of Queenstown. Fernhill is just through Queenstown CBD and less than a 5-minute drive, a 35-minute walk, or a 10-minute bike ride. There are scenic trails and walks through the forest at the end of the street. Travel times are approximate due to traffic, and topography (whether you're going up or down!).

There is a convenience store just around the corner and right next door to the shop is a Kiwi must, the local fish and chippie!
