The space
Outdoors, a brand-new sun deck anchors the experience. Lounge in the refreshing cowboy tub or slip into the spa. Multiple gathering spaces invite you to slow down and soak in the quiet. Take in the expansive surrounding views including boulders, mountains, Joshua Trees, and Yuccas.

The home's adobe-style exterior gives way to 2,400 sq. ft. of light-filled interiors thoughtfully designed by the acclaimed team at Acme 5. Zellige-tiled showers, custom finishes, and desert-chic furnishings complete the design-forward experience. The open floor plan includes a chef's kitchen aligned towards the living area, spacious communal areas, and three bedrooms, including a king in the primary suite, queens in the guest rooms, and extra pull-out beds in the walk-in closet. Perfect for both quiet escapes and extended stays, the home also features a dedicated work-from-home desk, making it ideal for remote workers.

The entire house and property is yours to enjoy.

Other things to note
All the cushions and pool equipment are kept in the shed in the back / side of the house. If you use anything from the shed, please just be sure to put it back when you are finished.

Fireplace:
The fireplace has been decommissioned and is not functional (due to safety purposes).

Pool and Hot tub Service:
To keep the pool and hot tub as pristine as possible, they are serviced weekly. In order to respect your privacy, our pool technician will go directly to the yard to work on the pool. They will not come into the house, but please be aware they might be there for a short time.

Pest Service:
To keep the desert critters at bay, our pest technician will spray the exterior of the home every month. We try to schedule this while guests are not in the house but you might see him. You might also see bait boxes near the house. These serve to keep away critters from near the house. Please do not touch or move them.

Trash Service:
Trash and recycling bins are located by the end of the driveway outside of the property. Please drop all your trash directly into the bins. Trash service is every Wednesday morning.
