Mutton Falls offers an idyllic rural escape for large families or groups. Sleeping 12, the homestead is a beautifully restored historic C1840 property located in the beautiful Tarana Valley. Set on an acre of rambling country gardens above the Fish River with views toward Evan’s Crown, you will relax as soon as you arrive! Enjoy cozy winter evenings by the open fireplace or balmy summer afternoons sipping champagne in the outdoor bath with a view.

Outdoor areas:

Outdoor areas include an established garden, large entertaining deck with outdoor bath, firepit, expansive grass areas flowing down to the Fish River. Separate formal garden with fountain and arbor.
